The Wedding Day
Morning Preparations (Subject to Location)
Your wedding film begins with a beautiful introduction. A wedding videographer will arrive early in the morning (approximately 2–3 hours before the ceremony) to capture your preparations for the big day. If your partner is also getting ready at the same venue, their preparations will be filmed as well.
The Ceremony and Photo-Call
We arrive at the ceremony location at least one hour before the event to set up and capture the guests arriving. The ceremony itself is filmed using multiple cameras and professional audio recording equipment to ensure every moment is beautifully preserved.
Speeches
A highlight of any wedding day, the speeches are filmed in full using multiple cameras and professional audio equipment to capture every heartfelt and humorous word.
First Dance
We conclude our filming with the first dance (no later than 9 PM) and stay for approximately 15 minutes afterward to gather any final shots needed for your wedding film.
Larger Wedding? Consider a Second Videographer
If your wedding includes more than 120 guests or spans more than two locations, we highly recommend booking a second videographer to ensure no detail is missed. Contact us for more information.
The Editing
15-Minute Feature
Your wedding film is crafted into a stunning 15-minute feature, filmed in UHD 4K resolution and set to licensed music, so you can share your video freely online with friends and family.
Cinematic Trailer
Highlight the best moments of your day with a beautifully edited UHD 4K cinematic trailer. Perfect for sharing with loved ones on social media.
Full Ceremony and Speeches
Receive the complete recordings of your ceremony and speeches in 1080p Full HD, preserving every word and moment in high-quality detail. For an even higher level of quality, we offer these in UHD 4K. Please contact us for pricing details.
Online Gallery
Your finished wedding films will be delivered via Vidflow, an online streaming platform. With Vidflow, you can watch your films on your smart TV and devices through a dedicated app. The service also provides unlimited downloads of all your files for easy access and safekeeping.
